The goal of this early morning class to is to gently energise the body and clear the mind ready for the day ahead. It includes bodily
postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), guided relaxation
(shavasana) and meditation (dhyana). By learning proper relaxation and meditation the
body comes to its own natural state of health and ease. These practices also
have profound effect on the mind making it more relaxed and centred. Join
